This place is AMAZING for those who love nature walks. I am a local Floridian who visited this location for the first time today and I was in awe of how much wildlife lived here! You can easily spend all day here, bird watching, biking, having a picnic, geocaching, etc. If you're patient enough, you'll be able to spot many adorable hispid cotton rats! 💜

Best thing about this park is it wild state. i hope the county plan of making it like all the other cookie cutter parks doesnt happen. It will destroy the natural beauty of it.

Just watch for rattle snakes and coyotes
Your suppose to use the south side of okee park. Directly across from the horse complex. Inside the park. Its now a small canoe ramp / parking. You cant miss it.
