We are happy to know that you are interested in adopting. We invite you to our Adoption Center to see all of the wonderful dogs and cats who need a home. Do not call or e-mail about a particular pet since all of our adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis IN PERSON at our shelter. If you see a pet you would like to adopt, then you will complete an Adoption Application. We do require a valid photo ID, such as a Driver's License. Our address is 2400 SW 42nd Street in Fort Lauderdale. We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11AM to 6PM. We hope to see you soon.

You can go on line and view the animals they have available. If you find anything that peaks your interest you can call and see if it is still available . Hope you can give an animal a forever home . They are so full of love.

You go to the shelter pick out an animal that you like and hopefully have a connection with, then fill out an application. You need to bring your ID and proof of residency. You also pay the fee and then they will let you know when to come pick up your pet.
