I searched for a while for a clean, affordable storage unit in my vicinity and I read very good reviews for this particular public storage. I am pleased to say it deserves 5 stars due to cleanliness, excellent customer service, and price. I got my unit this week and had most of my stuff moved in when I realized it wasn't going to be big enough. When I came to a decision that I definitely needed a bigger unit I called and I was transferred to the property manager Gina. As soon as she got it approved for me to move to a bigger unit without a hassle the same day (as she promised) she went above and beyond to accommodate me. These days that's not the norm for big businesses. I want to thank Gina and her staff for everything they have done.

I was so pleased with Gina. She was so kind and professional,she waved my late fee and gave me a break on my storage, for the next 3 months🙏👍l was upset with the new charges but she helped me in a tough time in my life….. thank you all so much!!!!
