Dealing with lack of communication? It’s probably because the property manager Catie Jennings is spending her time on calling residents jobs/ corporate offices trying to get them in trouble. How is that ok?! I got called into my managers office because Catie called saying I was using my work email trying to intimidate her with my position, that I was calling corporate back to back, and writing bad reviews. I wouldn’t have to write a bad review if I was getting great customer service. And I wouldn’t have to call corporate 4 times (not back to back) if Catie would reply to my emails. But when she does reply she just refers me to corporate anyways. She can’t handle an upset resident. I am being penalized with a $171 increase due to her lack of communication forcing me out. Why am I the one having to call and follow up about every little thing? This property only has 100 units. How come it takes 3+ months for work orders to be complete. Maintenance comes in and says they will be back. Then here I am calling the office trying to follow up with them seeing what happened. DONT MOVE HERE!

First off I would give negative stars if it were possible. The problems are endless, from when we moved in there were broken faceplates and window shades. The MANDATORY cable didn't work due to bad wiring and the car company tried to charge me $60 for a tech to make my cable sort of work. Then the STAFF some of the rudest unprofessional people I have met in my life, the manager threatened to call the police after I had come to ask why my water bill was $62!!!!! Come to find out everyone's water bill is $62, but I had to find out from another resident as the manager kicked me out and refused to speak with me as a professional ADULT.

We moved in Oct.27 2018 did walk thru cabinets were nasty , water damage, both doors didn't lock, drains in shower and tub full of hair, saw a bug painted over, kid u not, but I know things aren't perfect. So we signed the lease, it can all be fixed right ? WRONG! AFTER FIRST night we wanted to turn on heat only to find that doesn't work, so now I make myself a drink, the ice cubes had a horrid taste to it, the fridge was full of mold underneath inside the fridge, forget it going to bed, well I get in bed turn on t.v. and there's a roach crawling on Wall, I kill that one and see another above bed! Now we don't want to sleep , ok next day is when we had our first dinner, turn on stove , and a roach crawls out of the stove not just one,I have video, pictures,this is not a problem that can be solved over night I get it, however to pay $ 730.00 to move in a bug infested apt. Is wrong! It would have NEVER been rented out! Now I'm getting evicted because of,new management .now I under stand why the ball has been dropped, old managment didn't care, now I c why, staff has been amazing, the fixer people especially, landscape, maintience, property manager also Right up till I asked that there be a break in rent, well now it's not her fault of all the roaches , there in the washer, the stove , fridge , walls, everywhere I kid you not!!! All I ask for is some help, there's got to be a way were all happy,MOVING SUCKS!!!
