Beautiful property, but ridiculous prices. Rents increased by almost $300 since I looked in May. I just leased a two bedroom two bath condo with two and a half car garage and storage unit in a private gated community for $1,800. It would be $2,400 plus at solitude.

Speedy move in process thanks to Crystal. Got approved and moved in within the same few days. Very nice and friendly. However, after my move in I was concerned with the fact that my neighbors kept making noise on the walls because they were unhappy with my two toddlers crying at night. I expressed my concern with one of the staff (didn't catch her name because it was hard to hear and I was exhausted but it starts with an N) and she wasn't really helpful with the matter. Hopefully nothing escalates in the future but so far so good, I guess.

I have lived here for months and for the most part it is a very nice place to stay the cons I will say is the pool is alway dirty and they don’t clean the tables and chairs by the pool. when I asked why they don’t clean them the manger told me they are short staff and some times she does it herself . The other con I would say is the gate is always open at night and I feel very unsafe and I have expressed this problem to management again and they said they are working on it.
