Thank you so much, for being an awesome lawyer. You took care of me and my husband when all the lawyer offices that we called did not answer or even seems to care, you stepped in and save the day. You listened to us and you took care of us as if we were family. You listened and communicated the plan and process. We love you and I wish you were here in AZ or can practice in AZ, you will have us as a permanent client. Thank you for what you do!!!!

Do you have a complex bankruptcy case ? Looking for a creative, talented, bankruptcy attorney? Look no further. Brian Lee helped my family and I at the most complex time in our lives. My husband was involved in an auto accident, shortly after that, I was involved in a separate auto accident. My husband also suffered a major heart attack, had blood clots, and I had a stroke. Needless to say, we were swimming in medical bills, and had depleted our savings to try to stay afloat. The last thing we ever wanted to do was file bankruptcy, especially when our credit score was around 760. We had two personal injury suits that were pending, however, I was permanently disabled and had no income coming in and we had no more reserve savings. Brian, instantly took that burden off of our shoulders. Mr Lee walked us through the process and took care of the bankruptcy. Brian, also showed us some creative ways of protecting certain assets, we never would of thought of protecting. He was also, able to protect the personal injury lawsuits. He is a very creative bankruptcy attorney and he is very knowledgeable and he is the best of the best in the DMV. Our case was very complex. His fee includes everything as well. You don’t have all those add on fees either, like most attorneys. You pay him one fee, and he represents you from start to finish. Brian is also very friendly, courteous, attentive, and responsive. So if you are looking for an affordable, knowledgeable, creative, and dependable bankruptcy attorney that can help you with your case quickly and ease the burdens that come along with bankruptcy, Brian Lee of Lee Legal is the attorney for you !

Mr. Lee is a true professional. He’s current with the many changes in the law and gets solid evidence supporting any claim he makes. No wonder the judges respect him so much.

Most consumer debtors have two main bankruptcy chapters under the Bankruptcy Code. The first option, Chapter 7, allows you to discharge most types of unsecured debts. The discharge completely eliminates your liability on debts. Usually, taxes, student loans, alimony, and child support pass through the Chapter 7 discharge. In most cases, Chapter 7 is quick and painless, taking about three months from start to finish. The second option, Chapter 13, takes the form of a repayment plan. Your bankruptcy attorney will work with you to create a payment plan that you can afford. Chapter 13 is also an excellent option for those who need to stop foreclosure because it gives you three to five years to catch up on missed payments.

How Much Does It Cost to File Bankruptcy?

If you’re having difficulty making ends meet, it’s natural to wonder: Just how much does bankruptcy cost? The court’s administrative filing fee for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is $338. Chapter 7 is sometimes called “straight bankruptcy,” and it is typically the quickest and easiest of the bankruptcy chapters. Legal fees for a Chapter 7 range between $1400 – $2400, depending upon the complexity of your case. The court’s administrative filing fee for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy is $313. Legal fees for a Chapter 13 range between $1,500 – $5,000. Chapter 13 is much more complex than Chapter 7 and is often used to make up mortgage payments or protect unexempt property from liquidation. Chapter 13 provides immediate relief for individuals who are under unrelenting pressure from creditors.
