First time visiting this store. Poor customer service, my account was charged, the person behind the counter said the charges were reversed but could not show me or refused to show me. I had to call my bank, ask if the charges were reversed myself, this is poor customer service. If he could have shown me via his machine that my account was not charged it would have been fine. His demeanor and tone was to let me know he didn't have to show me anything, part of how many people who are not from the community treat people in their stores. The rest of the transaction went poorly cause I will return the same poor energy I received. If you wonder why customers are rude to you, it is probably because you as owner were rude first. I will not do business where I'm not wanted. Weltmans lost a customer today and I'll make sure no one I know goes there to be disrespected.
