(Writing this in regards to a few awesome people.) My kids and I leave a few mins earlier to school incase they see familiar faces around. Mr Edward is one of those warm familiar faces my kids see pretty much everyday since we moved here. He is absolutely awesome. Always working hard and busy, but always takes a min to say hi to my little ones and without fail, everytime we see Mr Edward, its always met with a genuine smile! :) That brings me to Mr James and Mr Jesse. We also encounter them nearly everyday also. Not only are they are very efficient with what they do, but they are also very kind. They have helped us with some maintenance things and have been efficient Is doing so everytime. Though more than half the time they are zooming past us possibly to their next maintenance request, they still zoom by with a wave — even from far! When we catch them a little closer to chat, they always remember what they worked on and check if everything is working up to par, and followed by little conversations with my kids :) Lastly, all the ladies in the office - Michelle, Echo, Esmi and Yitzel— They are super nice, funny and they top off the wonderful sense of community. My family and I have not felt that sense of community in some years and having been military we lived at plenty of complexes, and by far, Volare’s personable employees has blown them all out of the water. Simply by everyone treating us as people everyday and not just “spots” to fill a vacant apartments. We have been here 7 months and we still get the same warmth from Edward, James, Jesse and all the ladies in the office as the day we toured. We enjoy the events, freebies and conversations we have with all of you!! You ALL truly make it wonderful to live here!

The Porter Edward Brown Is Always On Point And Taking Care The Outside Facilities. From cleaning up, to washing the windows. The Volare Are The Best Apartments I’ve Ever Stayed In. The Price Is Worth The Space And there wasn’t a hassle to get moved in. Tiffany in the front office made it a smooth and easy process to get moved in, and she is always willing to help when called on. The maintenance people are always there without having to call a million times like other places lol.

Lots of upgrades... projects going on. Improvements all around. Property is looking & feeling new and fresh. Looking forward to new pool furniture. Well-equipped fitness room. Office staff are always pleasant. And, maintenance are always professional and quick to respond.

Great place to live. Friendly office and maintenance people and they do a lot of resident activities. Esmeralda was able to help me move in.
