I’m trying to apply for the low cost neutering program for my daughter cat but it’s saying (Not Available F). What does that mean? On the website it says the snip program is available for owned cars in broward county. Please advise

You are correct, the SNIP Program is available, but only a certain number of vouchers are issued per day. Once that daily quota is reached, the "not available" message is given. Please keep trying.

Your best bet is to call the office and talk with them about what's available. I think the SNIP program met it's capacity but I'm not completely sure.
