my uncles left a kitten there that they found on the street to find a home for them and the result was that you threw her into the street recently operated and with a severed ear, thank goodness my uncle and a neighbor saw the whole incident.

Unsocialized or community cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and their ear it "tipped." The tipped ear is the universal sign that a cat is sterilized and belongs to a community. We do notify residents who turn in such a cat that the feline will be sterilized and returned to the neighborhood where they were found.

They normally let the cats go if they are ok. They do mention this when dropping off a cat there. Would have to take it to an adoption center.
