I would say you should plan for an entire day. But if you only have 3 hrs take the bus tour and get some of the high points on the grounds. That's if there isnt a large crowd and you walk quickly through it all.
Most in 3 hours? I would plan on spending a full day to see everything. Get there early and pack some snacks. Price is high to get in. Whole place is awesome and worth seeing every bit of it. 🎼 "A 3 hour tour" 🏝️
Yes if you only see the visitor center. If you want to take advantage of the bus tour too (which I highly recommend) you should allow for more than 3 hours.
