Many of the attractions are indoors like the shuttle experience and other simulators. Places like the rocket garden and any bus tour are outside though.

All of them are inside, some of the attraction they will be taking via bus tour..

All the attractions are inside except rocket garden. So even if whether is bad, it should not deter your travel plan.
