It's a lot of walking, personally I made sure all of our crew wore real shoes...flip flops might leave sore spots.
I would strongly recommend tennis shoes. On your feet all day in a crowded place and feet do get stepped. Plan ahead have fun..
Yes, but you should consider plenty of sunscreen for them. Florida is known as the sunshine state for a reason and not everywhere is covered.
