Is there a place inside where it is cool where someone who is not going on the bus tour can wait for those in their party going on the bus tour?

Yes. You can wait at the restaurant. You can go see a movie or you can visit the big exhibit for the Atlantis. You have the nature exhibit, or heroes and legends. And also the Mars experience. So a couple of very nice and cool places to stay at while the family enjoys the bus tour 👍🙂🌈
