Contact a local realtor. Last weekend there were multiple spots available, but as to being empty I am not sure of. They also post flyers at the entrance posting listings. The last lot purchased I heard was in the 50,000 range.
I lived in Coast village for about a year. Coast village is an HOA where you buy the lot. You would need to either find someone that is renting out a lot and most likely it would already have a property attached (RV travel trailer etc.) Or go online or contact a real estate agent to purchase a lot which I believe start around $100,000
