Contact a local realtor. Last weekend there were multiple spots available, but as to being empty I am not sure of. They also post flyers at the entrance posting listings. The last lot purchased I heard was in the 50,000 range.

From my understanding of the rules for coast village you can have somebody live on you in and small trailer on your property for up to 6 months out of a 12 month. Your best bet is to check with Karla at the office that back
