Sometimes, it doesn't matter if is here (Pine Ridge) or some place else, it takes time to get someone on the phone. Then the truck needs to be notified (If you got a truck # not a license plate #). By the time the next day rolled around the truck was not having debris fly everywhere. I hope that helps you some. It is not one person's fault nor is it a one person fix.
Yes they do..
Like Dave mentioned no they have all kinds of other activities but no pool. The YMCA is literally right down the road and if you do not have a home with a pool that's a great place to go and use their pool.
No nor are they permitted on the horse trails if I remember correctly. If you are going right down the road (on a side road, no one says anything) if you are trying to drive on PR Blvd then no that is not safe.
