I currently live in this place it’s really nice it’s just there’s a lot of snakes for crocodiles just be very careful otherwise it’s a pretty nice place there’s a gym two pools of Park basketball court just many lakes you can rock around it’s a really nice place this many lakes again to be very careful with a little kids if you live around lakes there’s very few fires here there’s only been three and I have lived here for like five years

I love this area so much and I am so happy to live there for more than 7 years, that I would literally and safely say that I would never leave it for any other neighborhood... nice and cozy

How unfortunate that your opinion of Holly Lake is a slum. I will share with you my 25 + years have been amazing. I have 4 children and all raised in Holly Lake. There lives here has provided them with with all of the outdoor experience every parent would want for there kids. They can fish, interact with the wildlife, 2 pools, access to the everglades, bike ride safely within the community and the air quality of our beautiful neighborhood is healthier than any other place. We are the only community on the west side of okeechobee and all that surrounds us is nature. (A hidden gem) My cars stay unlocked most of the time, my house has never been broken into and a police officer patrols our community as part of our maintenance agreement. We have a shuttle bus that picks you up at the club house and takes you to the Pembroke Pines Mall, Walmart and much more. I'm sorry that you have that opinion. I love Holly Lake and would not change it for the world! Have a beautiful day.
This place is beautiful and it's a quiet place to live a place to get away from all the noises and the every day traffic. There are a lot of lakes and the people are very nice very respectful to others. The lots and the rent depends on how big is the place and if you want dry land or wet land . All I can say is that for me it's cheaper than Broward or Dade. Is close to U S 27 . Come and visit the murals and there clown school. You are going to love it
