I have a US green card, was born in Cambodia, and lived in Vietnam before coming to the US. I want to visit Vietnam and join a tour to Cambodia but I heard Vietnam now doesn't let green card holder cross the Vietnam border to Cambodia. Is this true?

Hi, that information is correct. Currently due to the covid 19 epidemic, border crossing is being limited, if you want to travel, choose another time.

Depends on your citizenship? Is it with Cambodia or Vietnam? If your citizen ship is vietnamese, you're all set; they wont ask you about your green card. If your citizenship is Cambodian, you need a Visa to enter Vietnam.
