Because then they would have to help customers. That seems to be their standard operating procedure: leave the phones on a permanent voicemail system that doesn't have an option to speak to a real person. After 10 days of emails and attempted calls, they still havent provided a tracking number or proof that they have sent my passport off for the expedited travel visa. Not sure how they keep getting rated 5 stars on Google. I've spoken with all 3 of their Orlando office staff, and NOBODY can verify where my documents are.
They have to apply at the US Consulate or Embassy in China in person. Therefore, you cannot pay remotely.
