Our experience with Eric and The Flooring Center was amazing! Eric paid attention to every detail to ensure the installation went smoothly. He even sent us photos during the install while we were out of town. The installers were very professional and fast! Our floors turned out beautifully. We couldn’t be any happier!! The reason for the one star is because I went based on the info the sales person provided, which turns out was no help at all. One of the things I asked assistance with was seeking tiles that would be easy to clean and non-slippery. And that is not the case wit the ones sold to me.

Can't say enough about how happy I am with the job they did in my home. Jennifer was extremely patient and helpful with all of the decisions that were made and the 2 gentlemen that did the install were extremely professional and thorough. I'm really glad I chose this company, my new carpet is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
