SO HAPPY a gentleman named David has taken over this branch and while he definitely has his hands full he's already proven his worth to me! Thank you for being so honest and responsive, David!!

Dirty and run down. The associates always look lost. They never contact you if something goes wrong with your package, EVEN IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR NUMBER. And the phone is beeping "busy" alllll day, but call after they're closed to see if it's a problem with the connection and the phone rings normally for days. Seems they don't have voicemail, and probably never will. As expected from Lockhart! UPDATE: new staff is always friendly, helpful, and keeps the line moving quickly despite only having two people at the desk. Upped my stars for my recent visit.

I I've been thinking the same thing for 3years! It just rings and rings and rings and nobody answers. It's government they should be better than that
Yes they do
Actually return the mail back to the post office and notify them that the person no longer lives at your address
Yes you can
I believe they do depending on what size you will need
Yes. Or you can do it online at usps.com. Hit the menu tab click track & manage > rent or renew po box and search the closest usps office and apply
There was not sure if they are there anymore. I'll know on Tuesday as monday is holiday
$106.00 for one year, small box. You will have to call for prices on larger boxes.
Go to travel.state.gov to get the list of required documents.
Yes! Schedule an appointment through our website. www.usps.com
Generally yes! You must have your driver's license or state issued ID. Tracking information is helpful too.
call your local Post office Because now a days in many areas they just leave packages, don't take the time to leave notices unless a signature is required and trust me I have had my share of problems because the route staff fail to do their job right. exp. I request mail hold and give advance notice by calling and they still deliver. I have been hung up on the phone because its too much trrouble for them to confirm my concerns. My area is 32810 I hope it's not yours. Also this does not apply to the mail clerks at the post but manager in back (Marie) etc. good luck
