This is the first time I’ve ever written a Google review. This post office deserves it! They are SO NICE! You can tell the employees care about you and they seem like a family there. Our mail wasn’t getting delivered since we just moved and the previous tenant had “all mail forwarded”. All it took was visiting this office in-person for less than 5 minutes and the wonderful ladies at the front took care of us and even called our postman to go back to our house and deliver a package that had been forwarded. Thank you, staff at College Park USPS!

I just moved to the area 6 months ago. The mail truck never comes to my house on the weekends. Anything that's supposed to come to my house on the weekend that's a package or mail gets delivered Somewhere else that isn't my house. I've emailed, I've called, I've complained and there's never been any resolution. Thier excuse is always your regular mail person is on vacation. So apparently hes been on vacation for 6 months then. I am not even able to send out mail on a Friday or Saturday because no mail truck ever comes to my house so it can't Even be picked up. I've had at least 6 packages go missing so far since I've lived here that were supposed to arrive over a weekend and never came. I have cameras outside of my home so I'm very aware that it is not thieves that are the issue. It is 100% at fault of the mail service not making any stops at my home in the weekends.

I only go after hours and use the self service kiosk which always has been available so far but the drop box thing be locked sometimes, not sure why? Update: Nvmd I believe the drop box is locked on Sundays
