I would call the national number, i had the same issue a couple of years ago and had to make an appointment. Things may have changed, but I would call and save going in and being turned away

No, you walk in. You'll be turned away. Trust me on this. You need to call USCUS. Someone from USCUD will call you to setup an appointment. You'll need to bring your birth certificate, passport or any other state issued ID depending what you need.

Most probably you changed your address and never reported it to USCIS. If you did not, you must fill out AR-10. Otherwise, you must request an appointment and ask to speak to an inspector person to person.

If you did, you have no problems if you mailed the documents which he requested.
