This place is horrible nasty employees at the door he didn't even want to write the website to make a appointment for me I asked for a business card and he said sorry he couldn't help me and then it gets worst I made the appointment twice to have someone call me and say I booked for Washington when there was no options for Florida let's not forget my driver's license was going to be cancelled in a week dicusting stop giving these people grants to not help us .

Don't even bother relaying in this people anymore. Office is always closed, no one answers the phone, and don't try emailing or leaving a voicemail, because they won't answer and their voice box is always full. Best and cheapest way to get any documents as quickly as possible is to flight straight to PR. Its sad, i know. Hurry up before the US completely destroys our island.

Absolutely the worst office ever. Made an appointment and office is closed cannot reach anyone by phone or email. I took the day off drove 1 hr for for an appointment and no one is here. Last year was the same issue to get my birth certificate Horrible service. Office should fire everyone and here new people. Una Vergüenza

I been calling this office for several days to finally sending me notice to make appointment. Today I want to their office before noon and was told they were taking their lunch, but when I return no one was around and about 5 more persons were waiting to no avail. The front door states they are open M-F and in the internet only T-W. This is very unprofessional tactic and let's us realize the horrible service given to the public.
