Got my daughter’s ear pierced and both ears were pierced crooked and got infected which left a hard bump inside her earlobes. Very unhappy and too bad my daughter has to get her ear pierced again after I let this ones heal. Not going back and won’t recommend at all.

Called about piercing my baby ears..n.b I didn't know there was a age range as to when a child ears can be pierced..only when I got there, they made mention of the child had to be 2 months and older..

My friend went to the store and bought two nail sets, but because she didn’t want to spend 13 on the nail set. However, as i walked out with her and my friends. I was the last person to move but before i could even make 4 steps away from the counter, a woman who worked there said “who buys something a few seconds ago and returns it that dumb.” That was very disrespectful and disappointing, as a little girl i used to love going there but i can’t anymore due to the fact that a problem like that might happen again. For me i feel the one worker should be more kind, the person didn’t even bother to say your welcome. They could even look at me in the face all they did was talk to their co worker.
