Horrible customer service. I purchased a $3000 bag online and within 2 weeks of having it the straps Started peeling really bad and rebag was not willing to do anything about it to assist. They are never willing to do anything to assist no matter how much money you spend with them. Absolutely horrible customer service! Yes it’s stated that the handles have been painted and repair however that does not mean that the paint should be a cheap paint job that’s peeling like nail paint!! That is called a scam! The paint was on their just long enough for you to scamming someone into buying it! Unacceptable! The bag looked brand-new when I received it. So the fact that the handles had been painted was OK, if the paint was going to stay longer than two weeks. The description said that the handles had been painted, not that the handles had a cheap paint job on them! The entire paint handles peeling off extremely bad two weeks after purchasing the bag should have never been able to be sold on the site. Rebag definitely needs to do better with inspecting the bags and taking accountability!

As everyone is mentioning, Rebag engages in scam/fraudulent business practices with unsuspecting customers. I wish I read reviews on Google and BBB before sending my bag to Rebag. In July 2022, I sent clear photos of my Chanel vanity case bag for a Rebag purchase quote. Rebag took a few days to review my photos and responded with a quote. They sent me a quote that was about 50% of the cost I paid for the bag. I accepted their quote because I rarely wore my bag and wanted to purchase something else. My chanel vanity case bag and the chanel box for the bag was in absolute pristine condition, purchased in June 2021. I packaged my items very securely and sent it to Rebag. After holding my bag for a few days, Rebag tells me via email that my bag doesn't meet their guidelines. This came as a complete shock to me as my bag is basically brand new. I asked Rebag to provide a specific reason as to why my bag was not accepted being that my bag did not fall under the reasons provided in Rebag's guidelines. Rebag refused to respond from that point on. To make matters worse, Rebag sent me back my bag inside a completely destroyed Chanel box and a bag with mangled ropes. Rebag has now cost me money and lots of stress and decreased the value of my bag. Also, It extremely suspicious that Rebag has people sending in their Chanel bag and capturing the serial code numbers then sending back the bag to the seller refusing to pay and terminating the purchase quote. Rebag needs to be investigated for these shady and unethical business operations.

The current staff is incredibly rude & dismissive. I attempted to ask about the price of one of their bags and they made it seem as though I was interrupting their (two of the Rebag team members on the floor at that time) conversation. They made it seem as though I wasn’t worth their time. This is NOT the experience I would ever want to have when shopping for luxury pieces. This happened today 5/15/22 at 3:30pm - I’d suggest that you look into retraining your staff who were working at that time in basic customer service skills. I would never want any human being to be made to feel like I did today.

Rebag is a scam I don’t recommend it to anybody. I sent in a brand new bag used less than two weeks and agreed to an already low offer when Rebag got the product they claimed that there were scuffs tears and an odor (which I’m assuming to be the new bag smell they’re not used to) Then sent me an even lower offer which was less than 50% of what I paid for the bag. once I reached out to support to ask questions and notify them I accidentally accepted the offer and wanted my bag back they processed the payment to me so I couldn’t. Like I said scam scam scam stay away you’re better off selling your bags on the street corner
