Haven't been here in what seems like forever. Lots of clothes to chose from! Was able to find 2 beautiful dresses . The staff are very friendly although you can't expect to find many employee's as they seem short staffed. I definitely need to go back as they had some pretty boots.

You can't help but notice the decline... dressing rooms still closed. Sephora is pulling out. I guess it was just a matter of time. 😭

It is not the Penny's I grew up with. The merchandise is packed on the racks which makes it crowded and difficult to shop. The brands are different too. However, they still sell Stafford. Help? Nonexistent. There are one or two registers and the lines are long. Returning an item is slow and frustrating. The employees are doing their best, but there are way too few of them. The entire store needs a major redo.
