Walked across store with a online return. Several closed customer service areas. Finally saw a human and asked my question, to be told if you have shoes take them to shoes. Ok....I have not brought anything back so had no idea. She could have been a bit nicer. Well got back to that area of store in shoes Young man was very pleasant and helpful. Had my return done in about 2 minutes. Told me all was taken care of. Thank you young man . I know the Orange Park Mall is having hard times. So sad. But for the few customers that do come there. Please have courteous people working there. This goes for all stores in the mall All in all all went well. Almost forgot, Belk is the store I used that day

It had a great sale today. I got a plush throw planner for 26 dollars! I wasn’t expecting it to be that cheap.

I felt mistreated by a store employee, trying to tell him that the store charged me double for an item, he spoke in defensive way immediately and said I had to call my bank, because he can't see my bank statement because of the HIPPA Law. I told him that I had called the store before coming and they told me to bring my receipt and my bank account statement, he told me I'm not going to argue with you, I'm telling you to call you bank. I was very humiliating experience to resolve a situation with this store, when they made the mistake and associates treated the customer badly.

Dare I say, this is now my new favorite store? I'd never been in Belk previously, because I assumed pretentiousness. Maybe. I went recently, and I was super excited about all of my great finds! The prices were reasonable, the selection was great, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the coupons were plentiful! While in the store, the intercom mentioned the Belk app for additional savings. I downloaded it in store, and saved a so much money. I've been on the app just about every day since then.

I would contact main office billing, if it were me. Plus local store security to see if they could pick up security footage of person making purchase.
