Good afternoon, we do collect in the rain. If your items are in plastic bags this will protect them. If not, you can leave them under a tarp, under a porch roof, or under some other protection as long as you give us a heads up of where the items will be located. You can reach us via telephone (413-732-7111 ext. 123) and speak with our dispatcher.

7am is when our drivers make their first stop of the day and they continue until 7pm if needed.

Our operation collects unwanted materials with a high focus on cloth and clothing from donors in Central and Western Massachusetts as well as Northern, Central, and Southeast Connecticut. We sell these items in bulk to Savers and after paying our operating costs, we donate the profit to 5 different Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in those areas. Last year we gave $303,000 to these agencies which they use to support their mentoring programs.
