I had what I think is probably the average experience, as far as obstacles and timing go. I applied for a tier 4 student visa and purchased the Gold Premium package. I scheduled my appointment for 9:45 am about three weeks in advance, and showed up to the building about an hour and a half early. They didn't have my GWF on file as one of that day's appointments, but security let me up what I showed them my printed appointment letter, and allowed my dad to come up with me because I was a minor at the time. The woman at the front desk was helpful and professional, and we were in and out within a half hour. The appointment itself took no more than ten minutes. Included in the Gold package were text updates on my visa status and overnight UPS shipping of my documents, passport, and vingette. Instructions said that we needed to print out the shipping label for the overnight shipping that I should have received in my email. I did not receive it, nor was it attached to my account when I logged into the VFS website. When I showed up to my appointment, this was not an issue, however. The documents were returned to me the Wednesday after my Monday appointment with my approved visa enclosed, sent by overnight UPS shipping. I did receive an email and text update that my application and supporting documents had been sent to the British Home Office, but nothing that it had been approved until I received it in the mail. There were no clocks in the waiting room, and we were not allowed to use our phones, so there was no way to tell time, know how long we had been waiting, or if our appointment time had passed until after it was finished. Mine was pretty quick, but some walk-ins arrived at the center at 6 am and were still waiting to be helped. There's really no getting around the fact that the website sucks. It takes so long to load that you get notified that your session timed out before you even got to do anything. So you log in again, refresh when it's still loading, and it logs you out anyway. This happens at every step, and has nothing to do with the this center in particular, just something I noticed.

It was less crowded and very clean. Ample parking. The VFS members were very polite and helpful and quick to process applications. Less waiting time.

We were very scared given our experience completing this online and with similar offices in the past. We were pleasantly surprised how helpful and quick the process was. Big shout out to Tina (she's the best) and Rupali.

No. I cannot contact them. Please help!
Everything is on the website, including the address. I am gng in person. Watch a YouTube video mNy have made to simplify the process. It is lengthy but not difficult.
One option would be to contact the nearest consulate where the passport would have been delivered for processing.
It's Manhattan. I'd recommend not banking on parking spots & taking the public commute.
How long does it take to get a new indian passport
Not in my knowledge I went there 1 month back
Check the website.
Yes that's easy. But first fill out the required forms from the ckgs passport website. Make sure you have everything they need , photos, signatures, notarization etc.
I can say only 1 thing they only assist legal status people I am sorry it hurts but that is the truth
The New York consulate serves the new jersey area.. https://passport.in.ckgs.us/get-started
Not sure, you should give them a call first😀
