bad service! they kept me waiting for 45 min in the store but then told me they couldn't finish assembling the bike as originally promised. They asked me to check 2 days later when they promise to have the bike assembled. I called in 2 days later but none of them even know what happened, and finally it turned out that the bike was still in the box. Not recommend

Very disappointed with them. Came before closing and they were doing inventory and would not let me in even though I explained that I was looking for a specific backpack and was not going to purchase anything that evening. I came back a few days later and looked through the backpacks... I had to search the store for an associate who told me that someone would be right with me. No one showed up and I left because their inventory was very depleted.

This is a nice large and well-stocked store. We came looking for specific items and were easily able to find them. The staff in the shoe department were kind and useful. While browsing other areas we were offered a polite amount of help. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
