By far worst staff I've ever encountered. Nightmare ordeal lasted over 6 weeks with them. I've had the following issues: 1. Broken CPAP machine that they stalled in replacing, which made me not meet insurance compliance (resulted in extra charges). Not to mention the health risks of being without a working machine. 2. They only gave a 3 day extension when broken machine was finally replaced (again, resulting in unwarranted extra charges- broken machine is not the customer's fault) 2. Over billing 3. Six emails not responded to, 4 voicemails not responded to (over a 3 week period) 4.They refused to work with me because their CPAP data they received was different than what showed on my machine (How is that my fault?). Again. Extra $. 5. Took over a week for my insurance to get anyone on the phone, and the staff at Kadence were not helpful 6. My insurance called Kadence a mess and uncooperative (they'll be filing their own complaint as well) 7. Horribly rude staff and inconsistent information 8. James, will talk and talk with no resolution what so ever. Completely unhelpful. 9. Mariah, laughed and hung up on me when attempting to resolve a compliancy issue (and she is in a supervisor position). She also gave me incorrect information regarding needing to meet with a doctor for compliance (2 other employees confirmed her misinformation) 10. No returned calls from Mariah's supervisor, or anyone with power to fix the situation (They've had 7 business days) 11. Caught staff members in the middle of blatant lies, on more than one occasion 12. They have no formal complaint process, so my insurance is taking it into their own hands. Stay far, far away.

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. My doctor recommended a CPAP machine. Kadence Healthcare supplied it. I've been using it for about a week. The machine worked well for me, but I needed a different mask with attachments. The person at Kadence with whom I spoke over the phone was very helpful. I received the new mask within only a couple of days. Their software and smartphone app are also handy ways to track my progress. Overall, it's a very good experience. I'm looking forward to better health with my improved sleep.

Kadence is without any doubt THE WORST medical supply company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.I originally contracted with a small company in Los Angeles and the employees were excellent. Kadence acquired the company and it was a fast downhill slide from there. Plan on spending your time on hold every time you call this 3rd rate company. Do not expect your telephone calls to be returned, and no e-mail is answered even though they admit receiving these. Today is 11/20/2021. Summary: 8/19/2021 voicemail from James Wu "We'll try reaching out to you tomorrow." That was the only communication from them and I am still waiting for a call. 9/3/2021: e-mails sent to owner Dennis Oberst and Greg Kahn CEO. No reply. 9/9/21: e-mail sent to Jacob Swoboda. I called him and he confirmed receiving the e-mail, stated that he was "busy" and promised to call back. I am still waiting for a call or a reply. They do not even try to deny it when I wrote to them that they are a 3rdrate company. The e-mails were sent with software which is able to confirm that they were received. All Delivery Receipt Requests were ignored. Kadence are buying the mom-and-pop suppliers and apparently trying to become a regional mini-monopoly. This allows them to get away with the incredibly inferior "service" which they offer. I was without the consumable supplies which I urgently need for 12 weeks – yes, 3 months. I returned the CPAP machine to the original company, with the full knowledge that these machines are in short supply due to a recall. I want nothing to do with Kadence and will try to find a competent company to deal with.

Quick and Easy! After my insurance explained to me that Kadence was an option for my Medical Supplies, I phoned them. From start to finish, everyone that I communicated with, was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and very informative. They even gave me the price using my insurance (yet, would apply towards my deductible) and not using my insurance (which was a lesser expensive cost, in my case). Their prices are very reasonable and their inventory has quite the variety. I love them and will use them again!
