The way they handle business is borderline scam. I got my health insurance from the company they suggest on their website. When I get there, they said they can’t accept that insurance and that I could get one from them but there will be a processing fee of $20 that needed to be paid cash. My response was: I can get another health insurance in 2 min online. They said no. Either I pay them the $20 and get the insurance with them or I cancel the appointment and get another one. FYI: The person told me the insurance was $17 dollars and now I check my CC and it was actually $25. SCAM starts here: While I was waiting for my paperwork, someone came late to his appointment. The lady told him that he was late so he had to get another appointment and come back OR pay them $70 dollars cash for them to let him stay in his appointment. WHAT IS THIS? So sketchy they way they handle those “exceptions” and only charging cash. I wonder if it’s legal. Please note that the man was late to his appointment. BUT it was 10:30ish and the people who had appointments at 10 am were still waiting to be called. Pure scam. They take advantage of people needs to make extra cash. ZERO ETHICAL

The most important thing is that I got my Spanish visa on time (exactly three weeks), so I have to commend BLS for doing their work diligently and with attention to detail. I would like to thank Camila especially for being so helpful and efficient! However, no attention is paid to appointment times here. The family with the appointment before us spent an hour chitchatting with the woman at the desk. As a result, our paperwork was completed at 1:45 pm although our appointment was at 11:45 am. This was a frustrating waste of time and detracts from my experience at BLS.
