I had an appointment scheduled 15 days in advance, and when I arrived at the appointment they told me that they cannot see me because the Dr is not there to perform the exam, and that they had supposedly called me the day before to cancel and had left a voice message. , and that's a lie, I don't have voicemails or missed calls, they never told me to cancel the appointment, they also told me that they would schedule me again in 15 days, that this site lacks seriousness and irresponsibility, the staff is lousy they don't care about the time and they leave you talking to only one, that lack of ethics and professionalism, they don't have enough doctors to attend, I will not return to this place, I do not recommend it at all, apart from what other patients told me that they had been up to 3 hours for them to be served. AWESOME THE WORST SERVICE

I came at 2:40 pm and it's 4:30 pm and I haven't been there yet. The waiting time doesn't bother me, it does bother me that a lady who came 30 minutes after I passed before. I understand that they call others before because they do different tests. The lady called us 2 people to pass them and passed to the last one who arrived after me.

Office really needs to update to the 21st century. If a patient asks for results to be sent by email, send them by email. No computers come with CD drives anymore.

Leaving 1 star because not leaving a star isn’t an option. I checked my mother in and no one told her to drink water for her exam. An HOUR & 15 MIN LATER I got upset and that’s when they attended her. No respect for peoples time, awful customer service and just lost. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
