Dr. Padro was awesome. His ozone therapy was just what I needed. Also super easy to schedule my appointment and, once there, they took care of me on time.

I stumbled across the Mind and Soul Therapy on Google and after having read most of the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I have been dealing with a chronic GI/stomach issues for a long time and after a consultation with Dr. Padro, I started the treatments right away. My health in general has improved a lot after a few months of treatments. Besides the GI issues, he also treats me for my drinking problem for which I have seen a drastic improvement. The staff is caring and courteous and the clinic is super clean, highly recommend.

The therapists/psychiatrists are good but the customer service line is terrible. I just called to confirm my appointment and got yelled at by the person on the phone. She had a sarcastic tone the whole time and treated me like I was stupid. When I told her I thought I was speaking directly to the office, she said that this was the message line and that "it's not her fault I don't pay attention." When I responded "excuse me?" she basically started arguing with me and told me "it's not my fault if you have issues." It's just SO crazy how people who work at therapists offices (and often need WAY more therapy themselves) can be so rude and insensitive and think is acceptable to talk to clients like that!!! If you don't like your job just quit or get a job where you don't have to interact with anyone. We need more empathetic and compassionate humans working in this field, not rude, insensitive, and impatient people. Interactions like this one are the reason why so many people shy away from getting professional help. They're afraid they'll be treated like they're crazy or delusional by workers who need extensive training on mental health and customer service.

Acupuncture is safe during pregnancy and can help relieve many pregnancy and postpartum conditions. Because there are some acupuncture points that are contraindicated during pregnancy it is important to inform the practitioner if you are pregnant.
An important component of TCM and form of alternative medicine, acupuncture originated more than 3,000 years ago. The practice is based on the belief that health issues are caused by blockages or disturbances in the body’s life energy. The practice of inserting hair-thin, sterile needles into various acupuncture points restores the flow of this energy, or “qi.”
Yes, it helps by aiding nutrient absorption, hinders compulsive eating, and aids other weight loss methods.
In general, there are a few conditions that would prevent you from getting a massage. Of course, do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, cold, or a skin condition that is contagious. The first trimester of pregnancy is generally considered off-limits for massage, as are active chemotherapy or other intensive medical treatments. If you have a serious medical condition and you are unsure if a massage would be safe for you, massage therapists will recommend that you speak with your primary care provider to get approval first.
When completed by a properly trained and licensed physician, acupuncture is completely safe. Acupuncture needles are considered medical devices that are strictly regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and they are available only to licensed practitioners. This ensures that the needles are sterile and non-toxic, and only available for single-use application by qualified individuals. While acupuncture is safe for most people, it is important that you disclose any illnesses or conditions you have to Mind & Soul Therapy. For example, if you have a bleeding disorder, you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker, please inform us right away. Acupuncture may not be a safe or recommended treatment for you.
Symptoms of vitamin B deficiency include: -Trouble sleeping -Difficulty concentrating; mental fatigue -Craving sugar -Appetite changes -Anxiety, restlessness & irritability
In general, massages should not hurt. In fact, if you are in pain during a massage, this may cause your muscles to seize up, making the relaxing effects more difficult to achieve. If the pressure is too intense, speak up immediately so your therapist can adjust. Certain techniques may result in soreness during the days following a massage, similar to that of a great workout, but in general, you should not have pain during or after your massage.
You can get as massage daily, weekly, monthly or as often as you want and your budget allows. In general, as a maintenance level, it’s a good idea to have a massage every month to help your body stay in condition. However, in the case of chronic pain or rehabilitation you may need massage more often, maybe every week for a few weeks until you feel better and your condition improves. Together we will assess your situation and see what is most beneficial for you.

By going directly into the bloodstream, your body can absorb 100% of the vitamins; taken orally vitamins experience about 20% hydration due to the digestive tract. Our services are meant to act as supplements and not to replace oral hydration.
Because of the various factors that influence each person's depression, there's no definitive answer to how long the TMS results will last. Most patients who complete the full course of treatment experience improvement in their symptoms for six months to a year or more.
We offer acupuncture, yoga, meditation, massage therapy, TMS therapy, and more. Click above to visit our website to see everything we have to offer you!
TMS Therapy uses short pulses of magnetic fields to stimulate the area of the brain that is thought to function abnormally in patients with depression. The magnetic field produces an electric current in the brain that stimulates the brain cells (neurons). This results in changes that are thought to be beneficial in the treatment of depression and anxiety.
The individual TMS therapy sessions last between 19 minutes and 35 minutes. Depending on the treatment protocol, treatment will last for four to eight weeks with daily treatments which vary in number according to treatment plan. Specific TMS treatment timelines vary with each patient.

Your body has a large number of acupuncture points. Before choosing which acupuncture sites to use, the therapist will record a complete description of your ailments if you try acupuncture. Remember that not every professional uses the same marks and that some points have numerous functions. For example, the following acupuncture points are frequently used to treat sinus conditions: Bitong (EM7) Yingxiang (LI20) Hegu (LI4) Quchi (LI11) Juliao (ST3) Yangbai (GB14) Fenglong (ST40) Shangxing (GV23) Sibai (ST2) Zanzhu (BI2)
Here are some things that you need to consider when choosing an acupuncturist: First of all, you need to find someone who is licensed. You might also find out more information from your doctor or local hospital. Secondly, you should look for someone who specializes in treating the condition you need help with. This way, you will be able to make sure that you are getting the best care possible. Thirdly, you should make sure that the acupuncturist has a good reputation. You can check online reviews and ask people you trust for recommendations.

There is no set duration for how long after acupuncture the symptoms last. It varies based on the individual, their age, and how they were treated.
Acupuncture is not a magic cure-all that will make you lose weight. Even with your best intentions, if you do not bring dedication and hard work to the table, you will not be able to lose weight. The acupuncture needles themselves do not automatically burn fat—but they are supplementary tools for your health journey.

During the first treatment, the practitioner will take a complete health history and establish a complete evaluation of the condition you are seeking treatment for and ask you questions about lifestyle, not only for the condition you are being treated. The practitioner will feel your pulse, look at your tongue, and may palpate specific meridians to look for tender areas. The initial treatment may last between 1 and 1.5 hours, and all subsequent treatment are for 1 hour.

Ozone therapy injections help relieve the pain associated with disc herniation. By injecting the ozone directly into the disc, the volume of the disc may decrease, leading to less pressure on your spinal nerves.
Ozone therapy generally includes six to ten treatments and most patients will start to see improvements after three or four sessions. After the course is complete, if there's been a noticeable difference it's worth considering having regular, preventative treatments.
Ozone is administered through injections and intravenous infusions. While site-specific injections for joint pain and wound healing are available, IV ozone will treat diseases that affect the immune system. The ozone has antibacterial and antiviral qualities which have been shown to help eradicate some types of sicknesses.
Ozone disc injections relieve spinal pressure by shrinking the herniated portion of the disc. The injections don’t change the height or anatomy of the disc, unlike surgery.
Patients often experience an improvement in health within the first three or four treatments, but the full treatment plan tends to include six to ten ozone therapy sessions. The therapies also don’t interfere with other treatments you may use, such as acupuncture. Using other treatments in conjunction with ozone therapy may help you see health improvements sooner.
Lyme disease can produce an overactive immune response in which your immune system is on high alert and attacking your own body tissues. Ozone acts to calm this response by increasing your oxygen intake and helping your white blood cells create cytokines (these are proteins that help regulate inflammation and immune system cells).
Ozone therapy is a gentle, non-invasive alternative treatment that can effectively oxygenate tissues, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
