I went into Les Newmans to try on, and possibly purchase a pair of boots. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. They took their time, had me try on several boots in different sizes and educated me about buying quality leather boots. I could not be happier with the experience and with the boots. The boots are Red Wing Iron Ranger 8085. These will be boots I'll wear for years and resole as needed.

I am so thrilled with my experience here, I came in the morning after a concert a week or two ago on my way back home to California. They happened to have a hard to find pair of Red Wing boots in my size I've been looking for for ages, but due to the concert couldn't afford to purchase them at that time. They were fully willing to go the extra mile and ship my boots to me as soon as I got paid. I paid for them Friday, July 1 and received them brand new exactly what I wanted today Tuesday July 5. That kind of turn around and service on a holiday weekend tells me I'm going to be happy to continue to give them my business every time I pass through Bend. Great people, great store.
