I don’t write a lot of reviews, as it’s rare that a retail experience warrants it anymore - most fall short of even minimal expectations. However, our recent experience with both Ron and Bruce at Saxons left us amazed. A business is only as good as the ethics and credibility of its owners and these guys go above and beyond. Talk about doing the right thing for the customer! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the wedding ring/sapphire bands that Ron went to great lengths ensuring the ring was perfect - he is truly an artist. They stand behind their work and we experienced them doing things that were above and beyond, all to ensure we were satisfied customers - there is a reason they have been the premier jeweler in Central Oregon for 40+ years.
