Hi, visa e is a virtual visa, if you have an e visa you will not need to apply for a visa nor worry about losing or damaging your visa.
I think you meant this: https://vietnam.travel/plan-your-trip/official-vietnam-evisa-application. Its a form of entry for US citizens and others. Valid for 30 days and can be extended.
