Hello, Vietnamese citizens can return to Vietnam without a permit or entry visa. You just need to buy a plane ticket and fly back to Vietnam
As far I know at the moment no one is allow to get into the country..that's what they say at the vietnamese consulate...still some relatives in Vietnam told me that some people made it thru and stay two weeks on quarantine..is very confusing...
