I have been twice. Once a maintenance guy opend the door for me and we walked around the outside of the court. Last time this lady ask if we wanted to tour the gym. We got to shoot ball and everything. Beat experience ever!
Often the doors have been open when I have been on campus. The athletic museum is really good, too.
The stadium is not accessible to the public until the doors open up for game time.
Perhaps you can. Call in advance to see if it is open. You can Google the number for the office of basketball operations. Also, there may be access through the mueum at Cameron if that is open.
Every time I go, I get into the Cameron Indoor, no problem
