I would call manufacturer and check out other shops. Unless you plan on leaving it there for 5 months like I did. And its still not 100% fixed. After this last warranty workn is completed, I will never use this location again.
Holy moly, I just read your review. So sorry this happened to your parents! ☹️❤️
Call whdh solve it 7..the old saying goes, the squeaky wheel gets greased..if in the Massachusetts area.
Just an update, they haven't done anything yet. Brand new camper or not, you will have issues and not be able to get them fixed.
Im sorry about your troubles. It should still be under warranty if you just purchased it right? Just call us in service and we'll get you in as soon as we can. I must advise though, it is peak season and we have 400+ units were actively working on. In the order they came as to be fair to everyone. But because of that it could take quite some time to take a look, order parts and replace. Especially if you have damaged wood items. Those need to be custom made and regardless of peak season or not that can take several weeks. But of course call us at service and we'll get you in as long as you can leave it here a little while. Otherwise i do suggest calling around to see if others are less busy and could get it done faster for you. If it is in fact warranty, your coach manufacturer can give you a list of repair shops in your area that can honor your warranty.
