I recently bought a new Powler 32 ft bunkhouse and paid as part of the closing cost to have the trailer cleaned and ready to go. When I got the trailer home, I found that that it was filthy and I found numerous thing items broken. I went back to the dealer with one of the bunk mattress that had a torn corner in it's cover and was told that they would have to see it the service manager would authorize a replacement and they would get back to me on it which they never did . This 3rd new camper in the last 6 years that I bought thru Campers World Berkley. I expect better service than what I got. Never again I will buy a trailer from them.
Thanks every one I'm looking to buy one but it won't be from there I work too hard for my money I appreciate the info
I personally would not have bought the first one there but that's just my opinion I've heard very negative stuff about that place and experience the real bad service that they did on a brand new coach I personally would not recommend that place
Camping World generally has poor service. RVs are not subject to lemon laws and quality can be very sketchy. If you have time constraints, it can be faster to do repairs yourself. The warranty may be of limited value at some dealers.😞
