Honestly it was the worst sales experience in my entire life. Kurt is unable to remember you, keep his appointments with you, doesn't read the emails with very specific information for the loan process which caused major issues. He doesn't listen to you, seriously I don't understand how he still works there. Hey Kurt, the sign at your dealer said you get a bonus if your name is in a review, well here's your review.

Nick who is a tech, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in the walk around of our trailer. Jay helped me out in the scorching hot sun and made sure my husband and I were happy with our choices. Christine was also so helpful when it came to picking out our products in the store. They all need a raise!! Such a great experience!

😒Terribly disappointed!!!! Purchased a New 2022 Cougar 30RKD travel trailer on 06/14/2022. Today is July 17, 2022, and I have not been able to enjoy my new purchase. I do not know if I should cry or just report false advertisement and fraud! You say that “You listen to your customers” 🤥. Well, you do not. In fact, you have a very poorly communication skilled service department. Communication is very important, especially when you have a new RV user. I have several complaints about the service I have received. During the purchase and documentation of “to do’s”, my husband and I were happy to see that everyone was promising us “we’ll get that repaired or replaced before you come to pick it up” When I was given the walk-through, I was rushed through it all. I know that I had an appointment for this, but I was arriving late. I did call the salesman, (I will call “Jeff”) and notified him of my delay. He assured me that it was ok and service department had been notified as well. When going through the walk-through, I had questions about the slide-out and several other items that I noticed that were still not addressed as promised. As 4:30pm got closer, we were rushed to the finance office to sign papers. When we arrived home, we noticed that the main slide was sticking out about 1 to 2 inches. I spent the next 2 and a half weeks trying to arrange for tow service to tow it back to Sky River in Paso Robles. No one was able to help me or advise me as to what to do. I called Keystone RV and they only stated that I needed to get it back to the dealer for repair for their warranty to be covered. The optional warranty with Portfolio One, costing close to $7,000 did not want to help either. What did I agree to purchase? My signed contract with them specifically listed the Mobile Service and the slide outs as additional benefits. Lastly, I was given a phone number to call for tow service by service manager. Tow happened on July 1st, 2022, by a private towing service for which I had to pay. On July 7th, I tried calling to check on the status. Unable to speak to someone, I left a message to call me back. No return call, so I sent an email. No call back just a reply that my trailer was done. I had to pay again for a tow service to bring it back. As I started to examine the repair, I noticed that the slide is still uneven, but the cable seems to be fixed. I still have not been able to extract the slides because of a dead battery. Now, the more troubling end to this “one” problem, is that I had a deep cycle marine battery and battery box when it left, now it has a regular deep cycle battery in a different battery box. I was not even given a receipt for the repairs that were done. Not happy at all! 😠🥺
