I was traveling in the northeast in April and needed some spec advice. I called and spoke with Holly Whalen who went above and beyond to help me. Very impressed.

Easy to navigate the store and had everything we needed! Thanks for help!

This place gets a solid one star only because they stock up decent stuff for camping. As for the dealership and the service department, that is a total fail. I bought a brand new camper from these guys, and I used it five times. Every single time I came back something was broke. They sold me a lemon and they knew it. One lady offered the option of buying the camper back, and then all of a sudden she was gone. Never to be reached again. I strongly advise anyone and everyone to reconsider when you go to this place to buy a camper. This is not sour grapes, this is the gods honest truth.

We were traveling through the New English States when our RV's hot water heater stopped working. We stopped at this Camping World and were extremely impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. We had our dog with us and this must be one of the most dog friendly stores we've ever been to. Our pup met everyone in the store. Knowing that we were soon to be moving from the area, they squeezed us in the next morning to check out the RV. We were so grateful. Turns out the heat sensor was blown and they fixed it quickly and did not overcharge. The technician came out and gave us the good news, but gave us bad news that we really needed to know. He explained that he did a walk-through to make sure everything else was looking good and he felt we needed to consider new tires as soon as possible because of the age of the ones we we had, indicating they were cracking and one could go anytime. They referred us to a tire business locally and now we are getting new tires tomorrow. Even found out the general manager, Jerry Cadorette, graduated the same University as I did.... He played football at the University of Arkansas. Really nice guy, so it wasn't a surprise to us that his staff were equally as nice. Our experience here was excellent and we would recommend this business to anyone.

AGREED!!!!! HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 6 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL THINGS HAVEN'T BEEN RESOLVED. I GOT A LEMON OF A BRAND "NEW" 2021 RV
I have had my trailer there multiple times and they never seem to fix warranty issues properly. They don't have the proper Personnel working in the service department that really is a qualified tech except one kid Jimmy that does a great job. They have turned over more people there in the past few years then I have ever seen. If you're looking for skilled service performed you may want to try elsewhere . I have been frustrated on numerous occasions and will be finished with them as soon as they complete my warranty work with the trailer I purchased from them.
I had poor service last Jan 2018, major body damage to my unit & trailer hitch was not reinstalled properly, but the service manager finally made things almost right. Won't go back.
I recently bought a new Powler 32 ft bunkhouse and paid as part of the closing cost to have the trailer cleaned and ready to go. When I got the trailer home, I found that that it was filthy and I found numerous thing items broken. I went back to the dealer with one of the bunk mattress that had a torn corner in it's cover and was told that they would have to see it the service manager would authorize a replacement and they would get back to me on it which they never did . This 3rd new camper in the last 6 years that I bought thru Campers World Berkley. I expect better service than what I got. Never again I will buy a trailer from them.

I would call manufacturer and check out other shops. Unless you plan on leaving it there for 5 months like I did. And its still not 100% fixed. After this last warranty workn is completed, I will never use this location again.
I believe you can. But you might not be able fix it under warranty.
Camping world is the largest in the world. Unfortunately campers are made by people and will require some upkeep and maintenance. However the biggest issue is when something breaks people expect that the camper will be fixed immediately and that is very difficult with the amount of campers on the road. So be patient but definitely go to camping world for the repairs. The guarantee is a year on all repairs and they honor it throughout the entire United States. So you have no limitations on where you camp and still covered by a local camping world. They are in EVERY continental state. That is huge.
I work at berkley store. They used to have special days where it was discounted but they no longer do that as of right now for a Good Sam member it's approximately 3.49 a gallon
