There's a stray kitten that's hanging around my house my wife defiantly wants to get rid of it can you help me?

You can bring it in to the Animal Care Center or you can call them and they will pickup the kitten.

You can bring it in. If you need help capturing the kitten you may need to contact ASPCA.

You can put it in a box and bring it to that place saying that.
