They can get you information on low cost vet care as they want you to keep your pets if you can. Ultimately if you surrender a sick pet, you release all responsibility & ACC decides if the pet is safe/available for readoption.
No they don't unless you adopt from them and they give you basic vouchers to help with the first vet visit but their are some restrictions
No. But they give you two vouchers to see vets one for 2 weeks another for a month. There is a credit card that most vets take. It is called care credit
