No additional applications but there r papers to sign. When u get there u will meet the pet ur interested in. If at that point u want to take ur pet home, u will show ur ID. They'll go thru as much of the pet history as they have as well as any medical issues or special instructions. U sign the papers n take ur pet home. Some pets r released on a foster basis at first so make sure ur clear.
There is an online application and then they reach out to you to make an appointment to come in. Definitely need ID
