Emergencies must be handled by animal hospitals that handle emergencies. They are located throughout tbe city and are costly. Obviously it's best to bring your pet in to the Humane before it becomes an emergency. When in doubt I don't wait for the problem to become severe.

No, you have to go to an animal emergency hospital. Theres one down the block, but if you don't have pet insurance it will be very expensive.
