So, this location has many issues, negativity, poor management and/or poor service quality. It appears this site/location needs to be under investigation federal and state. If mail is damaged it's sent to Atlanta for disposal! Really? Who's right?

Not an employment issue, its a mail issue. Please read to understand the problem. Its great you love your job & defend it yet a company's accountability is the deliverence to be delivered ongoing toward the rights of customer service world wide upon each individual whom entrust the USPS with contents of mail timely; however, liability is greatly avoided. (Dolan v. USPS).

I haven't experienced any negative energy while in the job. Management is great and I haven't had any problems. Neither have I heard any negativity from my friends or co-workers.
